6lack is an American singer, rapper, and songwriter known for his single, “Prblms”, which is from his debut album, Free 6lack, which was released in November 2016.
In July 2011 6lack signed a record contract with the Multinational Music Collective and Strong Arm Records of Flo Rida. He worked for the label for five years, placing music on his SoundCloud page. He had no financial protection and spent much of his time living in the studio or on the street after moving to Miami to work on record label music.
He finally left his label due to creative licensing and management problems. In 2015, 6lack announced that after living with EarthGang members he had joined the musical collective Spillage Village and appeared on four Spillage Village EP tracks called Bears Like This Too in 2015.
